After logging on to iTalent, the user is presented with their personalised dashboard. Here everything's within easy reach, from the list of vacancies currently being processed thorough to your organisation's user accounts.

Simply decide whether to create a new job on the system or manage existing information

Adding a new vacancy is very simple. All the iniformation required is captured on a single screen with mandatory fields clearly indicated. Any errors are highlighted in the Action box on the right of the screen.

This is the point where you can enter your eligibility questions — key information used to screen out applicants who would be unsuitable for the job.

At this point in the process the user can create the detailed description of the vacancy as they would like it to appear on their website and elsewhere. An easy-to-use editor allows formatting to be applied so that the details can be presented in the correct corporate style. It is also possible to attach addtional documents such as the person specification and to choose the method of application — either by electronic application form or by the user uploading documents such as a CV.

Once all the elements are in place and the advertisement date has been reached, the vacancy automatically appears on your oganisation's branded microsite and applications can be received.

Applications can be monitored through the dashboard and individual details viewed.

Using scoring and filtering it is possible to determine how to deal with groups of applicants and to decide those that should be rejected and those should be invited to interview.

Once candidates have been sorted, you can communicate with them using email or post with a full audit trail of all correspondence.

Individual applications can be retrieved at any time and the system also fully supports the reference and CRB check process.

iTalent members get their own branded microsite. iTalent's easy-to-use interface makes it simple to set-up and maintain your microsite, choosing from a range of styles and adding your organisation's branding. Additional pages and documents can be easily added and links created to other websites.
