What is i-Talent Plus ?
At the CIH we recognise that more creative ways are needed to reach the pool of talent available to you.
So alongside i-Talent, Inside Housing and CIH are developing additional modules to enhance in-house talent management and to facilitate tenant employment initiatives. The i-Talent PLUS modules enable providers to take a systematic approach to identifying and developing their in-house staff talent and to involving and engaging their tenants in skills development and employment.
i-Talent PLUS provides an innovative approach and “value for money” way to help you meet your business priorities.
i-Talent PLUS will be available at low cost in late Autumn 2010 / early 2011 and has been designed to require minimum support. Providers who wish to develop tenant engagement beyond the basics will find i-Talent PLUS of real benefit.
