Worklessness and Diversity
In addition to our skills portal for internal staff we have developed a mechanism to support your efforts to reach the talents available in the widest possible market. This can link to your existing strategies on Worklessness and Diversity, and enable you to target certain “hard to reach” groups.
The modules available to support you may compliment your existing strategies, or introduce a new approach to targeting:
- Employment of tenants and the families of tenants
- Worklessness (including migrant workers)
We will facilitate a process of working with these groups in a combination of ways, through data collection systems, and face to face interaction. We can also provide guidance and support in the choosing the best option/s for your organisation, depending on your priorities and resources.
